The sextant as a symbol for determining location
Numerous factors determine the efficiency and success of a business’ communication. Econ have taken up the challenge of evaluating these in detail and selecting winners.
At sea, sextants serve to determine the exact location. Once this is known, captain and pilot can plot the correct course. Precisely ascertaining ones targets is also essential for successful business direction. That is why SpiekermannPartners have taken the appearance and function of sextants as inspiration for designing the award sculpture and logo. The sculpture has been produced in a strictly limited edition.
A maximum of three participants from each competition category are honoured every year in November with one of the treasured awards at a celebratory gala in Berlin.
